You guys did an amazing job and got the work done on our van faster than we had anticipated. You even cleaned out the inside of the vehicle and washed it too. Which in my book is above and beyond what you had to do. Thank you!

The guys at the Battlefield Parkway location went above and beyond my expectations. They truly were great. I had tried to make an appointment at the Gunbarrell Rd location first and as soon as I arrived there, I felt completely unwelcomed. The man behind the desk there was very rude and very short with me. After he stapled his card to my estimated, I looked and saw that the card said he was the general manager. As a manager of a retail establishment myself, I just couldn't believe he could treat someone as he did. As soon as I called the Battlefield Parkway location they were nothing but nice to me and I will always use them from now on for any future car issues.

There was a protection pan left off, the bottom portion of the bumper was not attached and the bumper is not flush on one side. I am VERY unsatisfied!!!!!
