The repair was done very well and in a timely fashion. Getting a loaner car was a bit more of a hassle. Not terrible, but a little frustrating.

I'll repeat here what I said in another survey about South County Collision: The people that work at South County Collision are an impressive lot. They are efficient, helpful, conscientious, and friendly. They say what they are going to do, and then they do precisely what they said they were going to do. The quality of their work is outstanding. They keep their customers informed via e-mail, and they finish not just on schedule but ahead of schedule. I hope I'll never need collision repair again, but if I do, I know where to find the best in the business.
