I really needed to minimize the time my car was in the shop and prepare accordingly. If I had known it was going to be in as long as it was I would have planned differently, but I wasn't even told it would be more than 4 business days until after that long, at which time I was told it would be two more days, then near the and of that time I was told it would be an additional day. It was costing me over $100 per day in addition to the cost of repairs and the cost of a rental car. If I had known it would be that long I'd have made different arrangments

Dropped my Jeep off 7/18/17. My estimate said that it would take two days for completion. Everytime I would check my email. I only got a email to figure out that my finish date just kept getting pushed out every time. I don't have rental coverage on my insurance plan so my car taking 2 weeks to be completed cost me a fortune for the rental. My car was finally finished on 7/31/17 and they said that my car was "detailed" even though the outside of my car looked like that the dirt was just spread around and wasn't clean at all. Very disappointed with this location and will not be coming back anytime soon.

I am happy to have my truck BACK. Thank you very much. However i did notice a rather large ding right in the new driver door that wasn't there when i went to get on Tuesday when i picked it up on Tuesday is this an easy fix? I dont expect to see things like this when im told there is a through quality check and the items are to be taken care of. And then A notification about parking assistant came on and the tpms light is on.. It drives great and i am really thankful to have it back. Thank you for going the extra mile this weekend.
But i would ultimately like these items fixed though. I have contacted both insurance company's and i will be in touch with my lawyer about this because Im concerned that my 36,000 truck with 13,000 in repairs and over 72 days since the accident. That my vehicle would be returned in this condition.

Even though I answered no, the work that was done on the outside looks good. The right tail light which was damage from the accident was missed. I will need to return with hopes that it will be covered by insurance. I also noticed a vibration sound on the same side in the rear while listening to my music. Hopefully this is caused by the water in the tail light and will be resolved with a repair covered by insurance.
