I was very pleased with your service and the fact that you kept me informed as the repairs were being made. The service was exceptional and you even cleaned the inside of my car.

The body work to my vehicle was fine; however, the paint work left much to be desired. Specifically, when the car was first brought to me there was a small bubble right in the center of the repair work. The vehicle was taken back into the shop and the spot "buffed out". When I got the car home and could further inspect the work in the shade rather in the direct sun glare light at the time of delivery, I found further defects in the paint job: over sprays of primer on adjoining glass and body parts, a small tear in the rubber seal surrounding the rear window damaged when the window was removed, and an original paint scuff when the window was removed. I took the the car back in when the shop open the next day, resulting in Abra keeping the car another day to repair the paintshop damage. Even then I discovered a small scratch above the rear window when the vehicle was brought out to me following the "second repair", which was taken back in the shop to buff out. Quality control in the paint shop[ appears to be nonexistent.

The person managing my repair was great and kept me informed of progress. The emails from ABRA were not helpful at times. I appreciated the emails with status on my vehicle. The emails saying nothing except.... 'we got you covered' or 'you're in good hands' without details on my vehicle were annoying and more spam in an already spam-filled environment. For future, please send emails for specific updates about vehicle status only.

The service was great and completed on schedule. Every employee I came in contact with was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. All and all it was a good experience. Thank you.

Just got my vehical back from repair, found a couple area I wasn't satisfied, one area was not line up

The body work and paint on our car are exceptional. Just as important, your customer service was excellent. Samantha kept us informed on every step with daily email progress reports. We've lived here for 26 years but never needed a body shop. I am thrilled we selected you to repair our car. You operate a wonderful company and Samantha made it all work for us.

The work that the Team at Kadels did on my Tahoe Was nothing short of amazing! It looks like it just Came off the showroom floor of a new car dealership!
