After a less than favorable experience with my auto insurance team I was exasperated. I had already been in my first wreck and that was traumatic enough, especially with the added guilt of it being my fault. I just needed some help on what to do. After finding out my insurance incorrectly informed me of rental coverage when it was too late to make other arrangements I called ABRA to cancel my appointment since I had no way to get home. The woman on the phone was so kind and simply said she’d take care of me. Honestly, when we hung up I was in tears from the relief. Then when I dropped my car off I had an awesome experience with the woman that took photos of my car- she liked my SC license plate! We laughed a couple times and I was on my way. My car was ready in 2 days and I got text alerts along the way. It seems like a mundane procedure- dropping off your car for repairs. But when a company goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed after such an upsetting week leading up to it the experience really sticks with you. I highly recommend their services as their whole team just makes you feel relaxed. They know you’re probably stressed out!! Thanks ABRA, you have a lifetime customer from this Carolina girl!

Professional! From start to finish, I walked in without an appointment when they were busy and the manager made time for my estimate. All my concerns were addressed and the repairs done in a very timely manner. Flexible payment was arranged and pickup/drop off arrangements were made to accommodate me. Clean shop and front office. I will recommend this business to my friends as it was recommended to me by my coworker Jeff Raymon.

Ants did an excellent and timely job on our Honda Pilot. Finished early and came in right around estimate. Could not be happier with the service!

Great servic great job. Only one small issue. Would have been nice to wash the whole car instead of just the part you fixed. Small I know but Made a difference between a 4 and a 5 Star.
