Exceptional service....from start to finish, Bob, my estimator greeted me immediately when I arrived, pointing out and explaining what he saw in the initial evaluation, contacting my insurance and I was set up with a rental car within one hour!! His estimated time of completion, well, my car was completed three to four days earlier, which was great since I am out of state. Each day, I received an update! When I picked up my car today, Bob explained in detail everything that has been done. He should be given ABRA award for exceptional customer service in his expertise in estimating as well as coordinating with insurance entities.. The two gals at front desk were extremely helpful, all paperwork was immediately provided. The Manager went the extra mile arranging my rental car to be picked up at a location closer to where I was staying. I will give ABRA, Boise, Idaho a five-star rating for any of my many Boise friends or family!! By the way, Bob's estimate was spot-on. Thank you ABRA Mary B
