I don't need to be contacted. Took almost 3 weeks to complete. Didnt order parts until the end of the first week. Then told it will be ready 8/14 then hours later it is pushed to the next day. Thankful I did not have to use a rental car.

I already gave some oral feedback. Rather than have you call, here is what I said. Everyone I talked with in person or on the phone was courteous and helpful. The car looks great. The part that I wasn't pleased with were the email notifications. They gave me the impression that the work was really started and progressing and that I would have my car sooner than I did. I would rather have had a more realistic picture.

The light was not repaired. The person I picked my van up from was very friendly and helpful. He tried to get his supervisor to speak with me but he was unavailable. He said the parts would be ordered to repair the light . I would like to know the time frame for proper repair.

The work performed looks good, and the notices of service stating where the repair was at in the process, was really appreciated. It took 3 times to set up the initial appointment to bring the car in for the repair. Notes and information between Abra and American Family insurance seemed to get lost and I to keep calling to reset the appointment. I was bounced between the two, trying to set things up and keep the appointment on track, which was already 2 months out. There was something about an old and a newer computer system which I was lost in.

Thank you for doing such a nice job on my bumper! The paint matches & my bumper looks as good as new! I appreciate Justin letting me know not to take my car through the car wash for a couple of months, & to also wait that long to wax it. Just a couple of suggestions.... when l brought my car in the seats were in the upright possition. When l picked it up the Bach seats were laying down. It would have been nice to have gotten it back w/ the seats back in the upright possition. Also, to be "over the top" it would have been wonderful to have been given the car back with a recent car wash. This would have been totally unexpected and very much appreciated!! The service was fantastic. I loved the emails about my car being ok while at your shop. Funny, pretty funny! The best part was when we picked it up to drive home. It never looked better. I was notified by Justin all along the way as to how the repair was coming along. Incredible, just incredible. Thank you all for the wonderful experience. Your company is fantastic!
