After my initial repairs were done my car's alarm started going off and would not be disarmed. Abra representatives allowed me to keep the rental contacted and go to work while they investigated the problem. They contacted CsrToyd who had installed the alarm and delivered the car so that CarToys could resolve the issue. My car was fixed and back at ABRa by the end of the day so I could pick it up. I really appreciated how ABRA went the extra mile to get things resolved successfully.

Attention to detail, and clear coat scuffs in non repair areas not buffed out. One item, the bumper, was lightly bent , that i had pointed out at drop off was not replaced or repaired.
