Matt was pretty stern on the phone with my husband and did not answer his question throughly. He did not even document the paperwork with the apperance allowance. Now, I need to go back to pay after he tells me how much the discount was. Picked up my car in Saturday morning and it took 45 minutes to stand in line to be helped. Not what I was expecting at all!
