I have had my vehicle back for 5 days and have not had any issues. My level of frustration comes for the amount of time that it took for my vehicle to be completed. My completion date was originally estimated between July 7th to the 10th but it was not completed until July 31st. My vehicle arrived at Russell & **** on June 16th with work starting on June 19th. The completion date was moved about 4 times. While I understand that my car had substantial damages, I cannot understand how the completion date could not be more accurately determined. With the new vehicle registration rules, I needed an inspection on the vehicle since my registration expired July 2017. It appears that the inspection took about 2 days to complete which also meant that my vehicle also just sat there with no work. My inspection, tire betterment charge, and an extra day of rental car charges were picked up by Russell & **** which I do very much appreciate. Ultimately, I would have rather had a much better completion date given from the very beginning.
