Regarding the service received at russell **** and honda (both the collision center and service center), it was exceptional. Jeff and the team at the collision center took great care of my car and making sure the body looked as good as new, the inside was spotlessly clean, and I received notification in a timely manner. The ladies at the front desk made sure I had a rental car (enterprise didn't deliver), so they had stadium rental set me up with nice rental. I never felt so well-taken care of. The service received at the the service center was also impeccable. Mr. Carlos Mendez took great care of my engine temp overheating issues and pointed out necessary things that I needed to fix and didn't try to sell me on anything that was not important like many other autoshops do. The prices he quoted me on was fair and he kept me up-to-date with the work being done on my car. I never once felt that I couldn't trust his judgment. Thanks for the great service and hope you keep the employees happy because they deserve it!

There was over spray underneath my truck. Look like maroon paint droplets on my brush guard along the body of the truck. There was an extended week on my repairs to my truck did substitute parts had to be ordered. Even though I had found the part available the day I dropped off my truck and it was not ordered. I I made the body shop aware that this was my work truck and needed it as soon as possible.

I was impressed that Jamie remembered me when I came to pick up my car after meeting me a week earlier when I dropped it off. She probably interacts with many dozens of customers in the course of a week, and the fact that she recognized me and remembered my name is a terrific way to make me feel like my business is important to your company. And of course Robert was so efficient, knowledgeable and courteous that I felt very sure he would give and did give my car all the attention I could want. I also liked your texts and other messages keeping me fully informed of the progress of the work. On a scale of 10 each member of the team gets a 15! Thanks so much!
