Great customer service from front desk staff Tom and Tim but my overall satisfaction with my vehicle was an absolute disappointment. Someone totally disrespected my property and jeopardized Westway Ford's good name as a highly recommended company. The Body shop's staff should immediately be informed of the the company's Code of Conduct and Standards of Practice before a client makes a complaint that could possibly ruin the Company's business.

I've used Westway Ford several times, even for my Chevy as well as my Ford P/U, and they do a professional job and are courteous at all times. They kept me informed with repeated phone calls and emails so I knew the progress all along the way. Also, the repair did not take as long as they estimated. Tim White was awesome. He kept me updated constantly, which took away a lot of my anxiety. He was friendly and helpful. My car looks to be in perfect condition except for two things. First, the seat warmers would not turn on so I had to go back and get that fixed (it turned out just to be unplugged, but was still a small inconvenience). Second, the speakers in my car (which used to work fine) now make a rattling sound; nothing I can't live with, but a small bummer. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Westway, especially the customer service. Thank you!
