Great work. Got it back early and they did some buffing on a scratch that wasn't even part of the repair. This my third experience with this location and each and every time they did excellent repairs.

The price more than doubled and it wasn't done in a timely manner. Even when I got a text that it would be done, it was still 3 more days; very costly to rent a car by the day.

I will recommend ya'll to all my friends.

Excellent work very impressed

I was completely satisfied with the autobody work on my vehicle. It looks great. However, I'm not pleased with the service for my mechanical work. I had requested if a noise under my front end could be addressed since my vehicle was already in the shop for repairs (and insurance had secured a rental car for me). My sales rep was Austin Christmas. He and another associate listed to my car and also heard the noise under my front end. Austin agreed to having mechanical repairs with the exception that they were not exactly positive on what was causing the noise, but would work with me on future endeavors to continue repair. The planned repair did not "fix" the noise. I returned to ask Austin to look at it again and was interested in having it worked on again. I perceived that Austin did not want me to have my vehicle worked on again because he continued to tell me that the noise was "not of significance" and they might not be able to fix it. He also made a comment to me "you must not run your air conditioner or listen to your radio much" or else I wouldn't be able to hear the noise. This comment was not well-received by me and I felt it was judgmental toward me being a female (this was my perception as a customer). My husband even spoke with Austin, and Austin implied to him the noise was not worth the time/cost to look at repairing. The noise under the front end of my car is worse now. Based on my interaction and experience in March 2016, I will not recommend AutoBody Express for any mechanical repairs. The body work was fine, but not the mechanical work. I'm disappointed with my experience. It's been a long time since I've had someone make me feel like I lacked intelligence.

Y'all still haven't fixed the door panel y'all broke. It didn't have a hole in it when I dropped the truck off.

I was happy that you got my car into the shop quickly and that you finished when you said you would. I appreciated that you kept me well informed by e-mail and phone. Austin was my main contact and he did an excellent job from our first meeting (and even helping me arrange for a rental car) to final inspection and picking up my car at the end. The quality of the work appears to be excellent and the repairs look great.

I was so happy with the way Autobody handles their business. The updates through text message were so convenient and I appreciated staying in the know. I also was happy my car was ready three days earlier than they expected. Everyone was friendly and professional and I will be telling everyone about how great my service was.
