The final payout was more than 300 more than the original estimate. Since the original estimate was about 450, that difference is about a 70 percent increase. There were no additional parts, so we were disappointed that the final cost was that much more than the estimate.

The only complaint I have is when I came to pick up my car, they told me I couldn't write a personal check. They said I signed a paper that told me that. They shoved a piece of paper in front of me and said sign here and here. I didn't have time to read it. She stated it was giving permission to repair the car. Other than that, everything else was fine.
