Jeff was really great handling what needed to be fixed after my car accident, and everyone was friendly. I drive an Acura and I had planned to use the repair place affiliated with my dealership. I got a lot of runaround there and fortunately I was able to move my claim to Herb's (also in my insurance's preferred repair list). Either through texts or calls from Jeff, I was happy with the updates throughout. And my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up! If you need a fix, I highly recommend Herb's!

Overall the experience was great. Repairs look great and service was excellent. Only complaint is that there is over spray on the roof and rear doors. It should be a simple fix and I have full confidence that Herbs will resolve this for me. I will contact to discuss as soon as I am able. Thank you for prompt, professional service.
