Very satisfied with Joel and team. The communication was outstanding. The repair was done in one day, when I expected 3 or 4. Hopefully I never have to use an auto body company again, but if I do Herbs will be the first and only place I contact.

I was very impressed from start to finish at Herb's in Frisco. The receptionist was very friendly. She was on top of everything. She knew my name when I arrived. Jeremy **** wrote up my estimate and kept me informed throughout the process. The man who worked at Enterprise explained everything, had paperwork ready. I picked up my car, it was ready on the same day. The paint and body work was perfection. I was amazed. It is so wonderful to deal with a company that has excellent customer service and quality workmanship. I will recommend your company to everyone I know.
