I am always Pleased when I pick up my car. Everyone there says Hello, Smiles, are Friendly! Jeff, the Gentleman that has handled my vehicle goes over my receipt, gives me a chance to ask questions. He then always takes me to my car to check the repairs. Then always Thanks Me for my trusting Herb's to do the Job. Always Happy!

Jeff was wonderful to work with, a top-notch professional who went above and beyond for me. The desk gal was also very friendly and helpful. The staff and service at Herb's in Frisco cannot be topped!

Jeremy and his staff were professional, honest and helpful. They explained everything to me clearly and patiently, were courteous and kept me up-to-date on my car's progress and completion time. The car looks brand new. The rental car was available on time too.

Used Herb's when I first moved to Tx 21 years ago and have never used anyone else and never will. Love the costumer service. my BMW dealer needs to go to the Herb's school of customer service Jim fox.
