I had a minor repair that needed to be completed and I was referred to Herb's by USAA. They were great and made this typically frustrating process run so smoothly. I would recommend to all my friends and family. Especially the adjuster that handled my repairs, Jeremy ****. He was always very professional and gave me the assurance my repairs would be completed properly without any problems. The email updates are AWESOME as well, that way I know how everything is going at all times. Keep it up!

I know you've heard it before but I truly appreciate your attention to detail (no pun intended)--from my first phone inquiry to stepping into my newly repaired and detailed Sport Trac and driving off, I'm always well taken care of. Jeremy was EXCELLENT. He provided great customer service and kept me updated on the process and progress the entire way. I would recommend people to Herbs based on Jeremy alone, although the rest of the service was good also. He was GREAT to work with and a huge asset to your company.

The whole team did an amazing job. I had the pleasure if interacting with approximately four people from Herb's, and all of them did a fabulous job.
