Everyone was awesome from the time my Xterra was towed in till pick up. Communication was great throughout the process. Not sure how they got it done 3 days early but I really appreciate it. Thank you to Don, Brin, Josh and all the others that made it happen.

The body work looked good. But when I got on the highway and turned on my air conditioner, it did not work. It is a little frustrating as I had to leave work early to pick up my truck and it takes about am hour to get to your location. Now I will have to repeat this process to get the AC looked at.

Discovered paint in my interior today. Day after i picked it up. And there are some missing items that pin down the covering in the wheel well... :(

I felt like you guys really cared and did your very best to do an excellent job on the repair AND deliver it as quickly as possible. I appreciated that you handled all matters with my insurance (State Farm) and that you even stayed open a few extra minutes in order to get our car back to us! Quality work, great customer support!
