Overall very satisfied with the work done. Only issue was that I didn't get the daily updates on my car's status as promised so on day three had to call to see what was going on.

The work was done exceptionally well and completed as promised. This was a new car - only ten days from purchase. Working with Herb's and Grant made a difficult situation more tolerable. Would like to recommend looking at duplicative paperwork required at the reception desk.
