It was a very good experience. Even when you found additional damage, you took it all in stride and finished the car on the original time-table. My car even got a bath and she looked great! The customer service was outstanding. I love that they ordered the parts and made an appointment so I wasn't without my truck for as long. They texted us with updates throughout the process. My truck was so clean and pretty when my husband brought it home.

I was impressed with the level of communication from the beginning of the repair. The number of messages appraising us of the current state of the repair work was exceptional. In addition to the messages, the phone calls from Jake to advise us of the ongoing repairs provided a very personal caring touch. In addition to Jake's personal approach the support from Misty and Meaghan whenever I called was greatly appreciated.
