I'm not sure what happened but upon picking up my car and driving home I found that there is a grinding sound coming from rear passenger tire. I haven't yet had the opportunity to address the issue.

During a Very stressful time, the staff was absolutely WONDERFUL and were phenomenal in explaining to a non car person exactly what was going on. I loved the text status updates and the check ins from the staff. I would absolutely recommend and have shared with as many as I've told about my accident how wonderful it was to have my car in your hands!

The front passenger door is a darker blue than the rear door. This was not noticed by the service manager nor myself when I picked it up. It was late in the day and raining. Several people have pointed it out to me, so it noticeable.
