Great costumer service. My tech was awesome, and very helpful! Everyone seem to be friendly;and greeted me accordingly. That's always a plus. It's hard these days to find good costumer service,but you guys nailed it. Keep up the great work!

My serous radio is skipping and popping never did this befor the accident I can hear it making a noise in the dash area. Something happened to it during the accident.I would like to bring it in to be checked otherwise I have so far not found any problem

Technicians did an awesome job however, I received a text message saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I got there to pick it up, I was told it wouldn't be ready until the following day because the part needed was not delivered on time. We were not called to inform us to ignore the text.

Great job by all at Bowditch! I was not disappointed. From start to finish they were out to please me, their customer. I can't believe they even vacuumed and cleaned my car! I would recommend them to anyone. Fast, efficient, friendly and courteous! Willing to make getting your car repaired a pleasant experience! Thank you again!

It took 4 phone calls to schedule my service appointment. I left 3 voicemails that were never returned. When I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait 10 minutes for the assistant service manager, Al, to take my keys and check my car in. The entire experience was awful.
