My air conditioning was working when I dropped the car off. When I picked it up today I noticed it wasn't working at all. Can we please discuss. It may have been disconnected while repairing the front end on both the driver and passenger front end.

William helped me with the final paperwork. He was very thorough and knowledgable. He even came out to the car with me to make sure everything was good. He took the time to explain exactly where the worked on the car and touched up the paint. He deserves a raise!!

I think the repair was great but I had to wait a week for an appointment. Then was told by the gentleman at the front desk that I had to use one specific Enterprise location. REALLY?? The adjuster, once I got to speak to him, was very good. Just not happy with the wait.
