Thank you Valley Motor Center for your excellent Customer Service and professionalism. Auto repair is never a pleasant experience but your staff helps ease the pain and inconvenience of it all. I am very happy with the work that was done on my car and was extremely impressed that it was finished several days before it was due back. Thanks again!!

I was expecting to be well updated by this repair shop since I got an email within an hour of dropping off my car saying I would. Estimate was supposed to take no more than 48hrs, but I had to call after 72 to check up. Finally got the estimate 7 days after dropping off car! & Repair took 2 days longer than expected. During which time nobody called to update me... I had to call to check in. Everything else was great! Pick up drop off service was convenient... Repair was done well and looks great!

One of the most efficient and professional companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The reason for using Valley Motor Center was based on a car accident, which created a stressful and unpleasant situation for me. You provide excellent customer service from the first hello on the phone to doing the overview of the work needed on my car, the repair work done is excellent & guaranteed. The rental car is handled from your office as well. I was even assisted in getting the cars out of the space in the lot. The employees are over the top kind and professional. I am very pleased and grateful. Thank you for everything.

The car was dirty and with dust on everywhere, also bad painted . It wasn't 5 that we paid, it was 7500. I'm not satisfied with the service. They told me that they will call me when the car was ready, but that never happened because I had to call them to know if my car was was ready or not. I'm not recommended Valley motor center to my friends also I'll call ALLSTATE my experience.

When I got to valley motors all the representatives treated so nice and made me welcome so wonderful . The did an outstanding work on my truck , so please and so satisfied , I felt so lucky for having them on taking care of my car, thank you valley motors center !!
