I am very pleased with the work that was done at Valley Motor Center. I am also very happy about all of the great customer service I received throughout the time my automobile was being repaired as well as them picking me up to take me to the shop to pick up my car. I appreciate the thorough explanation given via phone as well on site with all employees that were staffed at the time of pick up. Thank you and I would definitely come back to your shop as well as refer others there. :)

Everything was great and everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. My only complaint was phone communication. I called to check on the status of my car and was told I would be called back a couple of times but wan't. I had to call again to make sure that my ride was still lined up and my car was going to be ready on time. Which it was, but there was a lack of communication letting me know that everything was good to go. Other than that, great service!

Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to help. The email updates were fantastic and my car looks amazing. The added bonus was that you washed and waxed my car!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Everyone was very polite very efficient very knowledgeable the experience although I felt I had to wait a long time to get my car in for the repair once you had it everything was fine I loved the updates and just the general attitude of all of your employees was very positive thank you and I love the coffee machine

The only negative I can say is that when I went to start my car, the battery was dead. Luckily I had a jumper available and I was able to jump the car.

The car took 3 days longer than the original estimate, and when I picked it up, it smelled like solvent inside the car and it made me nauseous. I have to drive with the windows down. I have no idea how long it will take to dissipate. All my stuff was put into 3 plastic bags, moved from their original location, in order for the interior to be cleaned. I had no idea they were going to do that. Perhaps they used a cleaning solution that is solvent based? I called and asked what was used inside the car, but never got a call back. I have leather seats and sheepskin covers, so I hope they didn't use a harsh chemical on those. Maybe it was used on the carpet? The paint looks great, however!
