When I brought in my car for the last time to fix the repairs that you had done on it before, after I received the car and brought it home, I have not been able to clean the stuff that are on my windows and this has been over a couple of months. I plan to bring the car in and when you clean it properly, then I can say that I am satisfied.

The bumper was not fixed on time by the time I was called to get my car. The radiator is leaking fluid on the side where it was hit. I drove it home like this. I've contacted my claims adjuster. July 18, 2014 Carlos N

Everything was great through the initial experience. But today after I picked up my car and drove home a new issue seems to have developed. My check engine light is already back on and now my car is stuttering. I plan to return next week when I have free time to get this issue sorted.

You ruined my bumper sticker from Africa Not sure how or why. But it seemed unnecessary And I had asked that my back end be painted and discussed it at length with the adjuster. But it was not done ??? So not satisfied.
