Very one was very nice. Extremely helpful with explaining everything that would be and ultimately was done to repair damages to my car. I especially liked that they completed all damages to my car 2 days before estimated time initially given to me. Wonderful experience over all

We were greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. The staff treated us in a professional and courteous manner. The information was clear and informative. We were in and out in a timely manner. We were given progress reports and updates on a daily basis. The repairs were finished way ahead of schedule. The repairs done to the car seem to be very good (I only had a chance for a quick glance at nighttime) but if rated on a scale of **** to 10, VMC gets a 10 for excellent service. Well done.

on the day vehicle was to be finished another issue was discovered which should have been found on initial review of damages. this led to more time without the vehicle. a rental was provided
