Actual cost came out to be less than the initial estimate. Repair was done within the promised ETA. The staff was quite knowledgeable and friendly. Rental car pick up and drop made it very convenient.

They kept saying "it's practically done" for the entirety of the time the car was in the shop. If the work is delayed that's ok, just be honest and up front with estimated completion dates. We kept having to reschedule business meetings to make sure we would be available to pick up the car that day... which we never had to. And when we finally picked up the car the battery was dead. Please call Igor at ****-****-xxxx discuss the issues. Thank you.

Took too long to get quote and omplete work. When it was finally ready to pick up, there were 5 items that were not fixed properly including alignment and aftermarket pieces that did not fit. I had to leave the car for a few days again. When I went to pick up today, light bulb for front blinker was not working and they had to put in bulb that was out. This should have been reviewed prior to pick up as told. After leaving, I noticed another problem but did not have time again to turn around. Now I have to bring it back again to fix windshield.

The follow thru was terrible and not in line with the way I have always been treated at valley motors. My husband had a similar experience a few weeks ago. We won't be taking our cars back for body work.
