My car has off-white leather in perfect condition. I told my advisor to be extremely careful to not mess up the interior (I am very careful with it). When the work was being done on my car, I noted that the technicians had stored a large, dirty part of my car that had been removed in the back seat directly on the leather. When I picked the care up, there was grease stains on the carpet, leather, headliner, etc. that caused me great distress. My advisor tried to get them out, but it will take me a while on my own to (hopefully) get these areas cleaned to my satisfaction. In addition, the repairs took nearly 3 weeks to complete (vs the initial estimate of 4-5 days), and the repainted portion of my car has a very bad case of "orange peel." Overall, not a great experience. Definitely not a good place to bring a high-end car for repair. I will not be recommending Shadow Lake Collision Center.

Overall, very, very satisfied with Shadow Lake, been there before and will be back if needed. However, please note the following for your SA. The daily update was practically useless. The end date in the updates (21 June) wasn't what we were told when we dropped off the car (19 Jun). The updates had nothing to do with the work being done, they just went along with the timeline, for example, half way through the timeline the update just happened to be 51% complete, but then the next day we received one in the morning saying that it was still on track for 21 June and by afternoon we got one just before closing on Friday that the car was ready. We love the idea of being able to check in but it has no credibility. Again, minor issue. We are very pleased with you but wanted to voice our opinion on the updates.
