First of all, I have to say that the communication throughout the entire repair process was fantastic. I’ve actually never had a company keep me that informed! The work performed was excellent - my car looks brand new. If I had any negative feedback, it would be that they never explained to me exactly what they had to repair (although it was written down) or did a walkthrough the vehicle with me. They simply handed me my keys and said thank you. Not a huge deal, but being an engineer I would of at least liked to talk to someone about the work performed. Anyways, job well done - thanks.

Repair was so well done, there is no way anyone would believe we had been hit and run; everything blended so well. I especially appreciated the employee who jumped our battery when our vehicle wouldn’t start when I came to pick it up & that our vehicle had been cleaned! I definitely did not expect that!
