We noticed 4-5 large scratches on the car that look like they came the towel or sponge used to wash the car. We came at 4-430 to pick up car on Friday and didn't notice the scratches until after our son's baseball game. The inside was wiped down with a dirty towel which left it dirtier than when it was dropped off.

The service is great, from start to finish. My car was ready sooner than expected. I took my car here because my brother took his to you guys about 20 years ago and he had a great experience. my whole experience was above and beyond at Mainline. I was treated with courtesy, professionalism and expediency. My car was finished ahead of schedule and returned to me looking and driving like it was brand new!

I had an extremely pleasant expericnce. The entire star was very nice and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and makes sure that everything is to your liking and that you understand everything. The receptionist was amazing with how she interacts with the clients and takes the time to make sure they get the help they need. I would recommend Mainline to everyone if they need any auto repairs.
