Had a great experience here. Was one of the recommendations through my insurance after getting into a wreck and am very happy with picking this shop. Right off the back, friendly staff who are help the customers' needs. Front desk receptionist had awesome customer service over the phone and every visit I made. The process of fixing my vehicle was fast and I received updates via text of the status of the repair and even an estimate for when the vehicle would be done which I found extremely comforting and helpful. &When I picked up the car, got a tour of the replacements/repairs on the vehicle & could ask any questions if needed. My experience was superb. I felt I could trust this shop and knew I was in good hands from the gecko. I am very satisfied with my visit and would definitely recommend this autobody shop! Everyone was very friendly. I cancelled and no showed several times to do scheduling. Your receptionist was always accommodating. I could've taken my vehicle to any Autobody but my fianc has always used your company. Your inspector or appraiser seemed unfriendly and irritated. Also I was informed it was only going to take **** day. It took 3 days. Had I known I would've gotten a rental car instead of using my fiance and struggling. The other insurance wouldve covered it but I didn't want to go through the hassle of it. I later found out you all could've taken care of that for me. My car was washed and looked great. But overall disappointed with your care for me the client.

Curtis handled everything beyond my expectations. Communication between my insurance company, the rental car company, myself and mainline could not have been better. In fact I didn't even need to use a rental. Excellent all across the board. Thank you Curtis and staff at Mainline.
