Don went to lengths to get the right tire even though it meant he had to push back the delivery date; but he kept in touch with me by text & phone which I appreciated. He also knew this was a self pay & helped me keep the costs to a minimum - way below his quote. What I appreciated the most was he didn't sell me an expensive wheel I didn't need & touched up some scraped without charge & even gave me the touch up paint to use in the future. Great job! Thanks.

Don is super nice and very professional. I loved working with him.
My only complaint is that the price seemed unusually high. Granted, I only payed the 500 deductible. If my insurance hadnt picked up the rest of the tab, I would have gone somewhere that didn't charge a full paycheck to fix a few scratches and a dent.
I will say that the quality of the work was excellent. I'm very happy with the result.

Your email process needs lots of attention. I received an email that my car was ready, but when I showed up, you hadn't even started.
Your communication skills need some attention. I was led to believe throughout the entire process that my rear bumper was being replaced. When I finally picked my car up, I was told it had been repaired, not replaced.
Very disappointing experience.
Since You were recommended to me by Mercedes Woodlands, I will share this review with them.

I have just driven my car home, but everything looks wonderful. Karen and Brittany are wonderful additions to your mechanical and 'surgical' staff. They sent me daily updates on my car's progress. For me, that kind of customer attention is unheard of. It was one week exactly from the time my car went into your shop to have bodywork and a door replaced, that I received it back. I am very pleased with Milstead Collision and Service, and I will always use them when ever possible. Of course, I am hoping I don't have anymore collision needs.
