Curtis was very helpful with the repair process. I loved the progress pictures that I was able to see. I also loved the repair steps progress that I could see on the internet. Everyone was completely nice and had great customer service.

The "bumper panel" did not fit exactly where it should have been. It is not aligned to the other body panels.

I did not appreciate the many text messages from my car. Too cute was too intrusive and irritating.Also, each and every message began with Hi(my husband's name)when it was my car in the shop with the repair while my husbandeas lying in a hospital bed.....bad protocol. The Milstead staff and repair crew were above board, professional, fast turn around and genuinely wonderful. I cannot say enough about hoe good they were. Whomever is in charge of text messages and social media needs to rethink protocol for auto collision. I mean really! We come in after a wreck. Make sure you are addressing the survivor,uninjured, owner of the vehicle! ry

I think that my experience with Mildsred was one of the best and friendliest in a long time . The service was very professional and I can't remember the last time I encountered such friendly service. I was kept well informed of the progress of my repair work and they delivered right of time. Especially John! Honestly it was his light that brightened the whole experience. I'll never forget his friendly care that he exhibited towards me .
