Kevin was very helpful in making sure my truck was completed as I had instructed. Thank you Kevin for making this issue easier to deal with. Thank you Toyota Collision Department for the updates to ensure I was well informed of any issues related to my truck. Also, thanks for putting the Rental cars in the collision department. That was better than them picking us up to go over to the store on fletcher avenue. Overall, job well done!!

The car appears to have been fixed properly, washed, and the tires shined. Kevin was great to work with as was Ahoshi. The front desk lady was nice, too. I also appreciated having Enterprise rental car in the facility. I do think a more formal check-in for the rental car should have happened. I had asked that 2 small areas unrelated to the auto accident be touched up and, in spite of Kevin noting that to staff, it did not happen. I’ll try to get that done later as Kevin offered. Thank you
