The best part about the service was how everyone I spoke to knew all processes holistically. This was the first time I was involved in an insurance claim. Service king guys knew not only the repair process but they knew and appropriately directed me to the rental car people too.
Very proactive approach to how they service and keep the customer informed. As far the associates are concerned, they were extremely friendly and courteous.
