Noel was great- very clear in expectations, excellent communication. Loved the text updates as well a personal call at least once a week. Not to mention, the car took 2 weeks as expected with no delays. Noel's team did what they said they were going to do.

My experience at service king was excellent. John was great! He was very attentive and answered all of my questions and I was able to understand him well. My repairs were done head of schedule and the results looked wonderful. All in all, it was a great experience, which is what I needed after a not so great situation like a fender bender.
