The work done was great .i had previous damage on the front side of my fender which i know wouldnt be covered but the rear end damage i had ruffled the back side of my fender.i pointed it out that it wasnt from previous damage i was told they would have to change the whole fender out by mike that geico wouldnt do that.he would talk to his manager.and thats where it ended.it would be done by thursday which wound up the following friday.when i got it they put a new bumper and redid the corner under the bumper.and left ovetspray on my reese hitch.i took it there because the only place its been serviced.

The process and service that I received was very good. I was a little disappointed that reinstall of front of the car did not line up better. In addition I notice some missing plugs for the front fender and a screw on the rear fender that was not tighten done. Overall I was pleased but I am a little more concerned about the repair as I am in a lease and this repair could cost me at the end of the lease. But again the people who I met and helped me through the process were great

Picked my vehicle up today around3:30pm.Got home to really look at my truck to realize that overspray was everywhere inside the vehicle as well as windshield. The windows were deeply scratched from being put in places they shouldn't have been. The clearcoat orange peel needed to be wetsanded and buffed. My bug visor was completely broken! The only thing I am pleased with is that the pearl matched. I would appreciate it if somebody called me asap because I work way too hard to be this disappointed. ****-****-xxxx
