While my vehicle was in your shop for repair one of your employees went through my glove box and console and stole every bit of change and small items they thought were of value. It is very frustrating and disappointing tome that I cannot relax for a moment and believe that I can trust a large business like Service King to hire trustworthy employees. It is my recommendation that you screen your employees better and watch what they may be doing while they think they are unwatched. Stealing from your customers is not a good business model.

Not happy with the paint job portion of the repair. Someone should have inspected the vehicle as I made an unnecessary trip to pick it because it wasn't of the quality I nor you should expect. Had to end up leaving the vehicle so paint issues could be corrected.

Lied to about the progress of my repair text message telling me my truck is complete go in to pick it up and it wasn't even close to being complete. Didn't even have the tailgate. Told by Scott McClaughlin the computer system was sending out wrong text messages. Scott was absolutely HORRIBLR Luckily Austin replaced him and got my vehicle completed. Back up camera is not working properly. Screen is rolling and appears to have interference in the signal. Will call Austin to see how they want to fix it Thanks Rob Barnes
