Everything throughout the process was as smooth as possible. My service advisor David made the whole process easy. He answered all my questions and and any concerns that I had. The paint and body work look perfect. I would definitely bring my vehicle back if it was in need of any additional work.

They did a really good job on my vehicle. I would definitely return if anything happens. But I'm praying it dosen't. I would highly recommend service king to repair your vehicle.

Great job on the car I was a little worried about the color but it was well done at the end thanks guys the advisor keep me update in the whole process like she said it will be , a little detail at the beggining I received a notice that the job was ready for the 22 but it finalized a week earlier even better but susprise me any ways thank you service king.

The only problem I had was for approximately 3 weeks I was told everything was on schedule and my car would be ready on December 8th, fantastic That's my day off no problem. Received a call around 4 pm in th 7th my cars ready WHAT, im still at work for a class,Yeah that cold rainy afternoon WHAT. that nasty rainy, cold day. I know you have your dead lines but that took me totally by surprise

If I had known both lights were not going to be replaced, I would of repaired other things rather than replace them to make sure this was done. Also, I really expected the car to be washed/windows clean etc to Show the Work in it’s best light. Disappointed I was Not brought in to decide what Work and how it should be done. My mom and I brought her car back in the summer and had a much better inclusive experience.
