There are bubbles in the bumper guard decal and at least one blemish in the paint job on the bumper. This is not up to the usually flawless work I've come to expect from Service King.

Mr.Shaw went above and beyond what was expected he brought me car personally and had the General Manager call me on Monday(yesterday) to let me know that they were running behind schedule. The General manager Mr, Christian ( I believe ) called and left me a message. Everything on my car is fixed and better than it was before. Awesome guys! I would recommend ya''ll to people who need your service! Thanks!

The entire team very courteous, friendly people. I was very comfortable with everyone and they were very professional. I was updated and informed about every step of repair. I received my car and all repairs were done in excellence. Second time I have been to this location and always satisfied. Thank you for a great team and great service.

The car was not where they told us to pick it up . I drove 50 miles round trip to pick it up on a Saturday morning and when I saw the car there was overspray on the inside door panel, there was a large spot on the rear quarter panel that was scratched up and a piece was missing off of the top of the car . We were inconvienced and had to leave the car until monday and we will have to drive another 50 miles to get the car for the second time. I'm not happy at all. The person I called Friday said they did not know where my car was & didn't even know there was a location on pat booker. We were told that's where it would be but then it was sent to Ingram without our knowledge. I was Then told they couldn't take it to pat booker because they didnt have a way to do it. The only reason we chose service king is because our nephew Gabriel Uriegas works there and we like to support our family. The bill was wrong but we are honest enough to let service agent know. We had a couple of vehicles worked on when it was Alamo paint and were very satisfied. We are loyal to companies and refer people to companies that are service oriented. Hope this will make you aware of problems you may need to correct. I have no idea how you can make this up to us but there needs to be something done.

A long slow process, lack of communication. And when I finally was told to pick up my car because it was "ready". I had to wait in the lobby while it was being worked on. As if my time ment nothing to them.
