At this time, I am very satisfied how my car looks. I do recommend your automated notification system should be revised. In the first two days I was notified that my car was almost done. Then on the third day I received a phone call saying that they had not even received my door yet. So repair was move back several more days. I made plans to pick up my car on the third day as I was notified that it would be ready through the automated system. When I found out that it was not going to be ready and that the door had not even been received yet I had to cancel my business plans. That cost me about $3000. You should stop your automated system until you can give accurate information.

I liked the time you all received car in to shop and the repair time was good time. You all have a great team .. My travel time out of time was good got to spend time with my family in East texas by repairing my car on time Thankingivingeve. I was able to travel like i planned on Thanksgiving Day thanks to Service King also to Joe for keeping me posted on repair time. and time car will be ready. Thanks Thanks.

Alex was respectful, thoughtful, and professional through the entire process. The service was stellar- thank yall for making the rental situation easier and all the hard work you did. The technicality of the repairs, also brilliant. I felt like I was driving a brand new truck again! Customer for life, will recommend yall to my friends and coworkers, too.
