The communications when my car was ready could have been better. I received a text saying my car was ready and that someone would be calling me to arrange pickup. After a day, I checked the progress tracker online and it still showed the original scheduled pickup date which was still several days away. I was going out of town, so I decided to deal with it when I got back since I still had not heard from anyone. When I got back into town, several days later, I called to check on the status. I had to leave a message. My rep called me back a little later and said my car had been ready and he thought someone had called me several days before. As long as I didn't have to pay for the extra days it was not too big of a problem.

As promised, my car was in and out in a jiffy. The service king team were great..kept me informed every day of how they were progressing with whatever was done or needed to be done.Job very well done!!! Scale of **** to 5 , I'd give a 5+.. Thanks Team Service King.

Robert Hathhorn is top notch and a definite asset to Service King. From the moment I arrived until I drove off with my vehicle fixed he went above and beyond to assist me. I hope I never have to do this again but I would not hesitate to use this Service King location.
