Car was not completed, buff marks showing on fenders, writing on hood/front of car, compound in various spots on car, new scratch on door. The inside was dirty where they took the liner out. Overall, very dissatisfied as their quality control seems to not exist. After a month in the shop and the car sitting there 3 to 4 days for me to pick it up, it's evident the car was not inspected. That all starts with your management team and filters down. I've logged a complaint with USAA as well since Service King is one of their recommended shops. I've had much better services at two different locations within the past few months for the same isdue, hail damage.

Good job! Joshua Satterwhite, the sales manager has always kept me in the loop of knowing when they started working in my car, order parts, and waiting for the insurance company. Service King has provided professional customer services! My car looks beautiful. They did a good job.

Service King, You have provided great service again. I used your service last April 2016 and I was very pleased. It wasn't in my plan to use you this soon,but things happen. Logan was my service guy at Service King Midway and he made me feel comfortable with my repairs. The service to my Kia Soul was in the time frame that he told me. So thank you Service King. More than 5 things weren't assembled correctly and marks still existed. I had to ask that someone do a walk around with me, they tried to just give me the keys and run.

Joshua was great! His customer service, updates and even staying 15 minutes past 6 so I could pick up my car after being stuck in traffic was very kind of him. You should be proud to have such a great employee.
