I was annoyed with the first person who greeted me I thought they should have been able to contact my insurance from there I went home went to my insurance agent and finally got everything straightened out

Wish upfront we were told it would take three weeks for the repair to be finished. It would make the trust to be more solid instead of me thinking we were being string along. Going from one week to three weeks was too long. It is better if someone would say repair is unpredictable it might take up to three weeks upfront.

From the time I dropped my car off and when in picked my car up not only was Gavin helpful and easy to talk to but he found things on my car that was part of the wreck that I didn't even notice. I truly respect the honesty because if I would have taken my vehicle anywhere else they would not have even taken the time to completely view the car only the places I told them about!!! I truly recommend Service King to anybof my friends or family. And if i have to use any body shop again it will be Service King. Thanks again.

The steeing was hard and squeaky and the right back tire was also making a noise. I was unable to drive the car out of your premises so I went back to the front desk and complained. In short the car was pulled back into your garage for verifications. One of your team members although managed to drop me home with it acknowledged there was problem so the car is still in your garage as I write. Now am left without a car. I informed your team member that l work Fridays to Sundays and he promised to either deliver the car today Thursday 2/11/16 or provide me with a rental car.
