Overall good experience. Job completed ahead of projected date. Trevor keep me informed throughout process. As of now, repairs appear to have been performed satisfactorily. Took a little too long to schedule repairs estimate, but I understand Service King is busy.

Left with 3 error lights on the dash. Two for not aligning the blind spot detector. Agent didn’t seem to care. Other light was for fuel. I had half a tank when I came in and got the car back on fumes. No one called to say my car was done and it took me calling to find out it was done and then anothe day to get a call back that I could get my car. Primer paint was left caked on the opposite side that was being repaired and again agent looked annoyed that he had to deal with this. Staff doesn’t care and was less than friendly. Will not use your shop again.

Joshua Satterwhite was wonderful! Took care of everything with no problems. Even made sure all the codes were reset in our vehicle before letting us leave! Service King is top notch!

My car was not ready. The mirror was also damaged in the accident but when they repaired the door, they remove the damaged mirror with scrapes and paint on it and put it back just as it was on the repair door. The power door lock on the door did not work and there's a piece of trim that's not installed properly. I returned to the lot immediately and left the car with him to have it fixed. It's pretty clear that when they did the work nobody inspected it.

My only comment is that the staff is not always courteous when customers first come in. I not only experienced this when I arrived, but saw others treated rudely as well. My service rep, Jeremy, was very kind, courteous and professional.
