I received my car back and the original repairs were made but while the repairs were being made you're guys's shop caused other damages. One on my trunk and one on my front grille which I recently purchased. Which leads me to believe my car was handled carelessly. I'm not happy about this.

No matter what the problem Jeremy stepped up and fixed it. And there were a lot of problems of one kind or another. When I called to tell him that something was wrong with my clock and radio and cruise control after I got home, he came over immediately and fixed it. He took care of the enterprise Rent-A-Car having to go over the limit and when one lug nut bolt lock thingey couldn't be found he figured out what to do. Some of that stuff is over my head but he did a great job. It was all much appreciated.

You are the best! My car is excellent can't tell it had a boo boo. Also cleaner than when I brought in for repair. Friendly, caring staff. Mandie is an excellent service advisor. Always kept me up to the minute on my repaires. Also, finished before the deadline first quoted. Informed me in plenty of time that I could arrive before closing. I appreciate great customer service and repairs excellently done before promised. The best experience any one could have considering the cercomstances. Best I can do is my repeat business and refer anyone who needs car repairs, body work. Go to Service King, Midway Rd. Carrollton TX! You will be happy like me, and very glad you did.
