I would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to everyone that had anything to do with the repairs to my Infinity. I had my car repaired twice in a relatively short amount of time. Both experiences were EXCELLENT. I had**** as my representative on both repairs. He is GREAT do business with. I give him all 10's and yes'. He is curious, respectful, and knowledgable about all aspects of my repairs. He kept me well informed as the repairs progressed. He is definitely an asset to the company. The young lady at front desk very pleasant and helpful. Tiesha at Enterprise was also help and pleasant. She put me in the car that was comfortable for me while I was without mine. Service King is a great company to do business with for wonderful satisfactory service. I would come again and refer my family and friends. Merry Christmas and God Bless You All

When I ask about a concern I had about the bumper, mr Stacy said its only a work truck right , maybe so but I want it to look good to , that's why I had it repaired, other then that service king did a good job , thanks

This was my first experience with service king with mycar. I've known about this company because I've had 3 sons working for this company and l have also held it to the highest esteem because l know that they take care of employees. Nathan was polite,courteous, and very helpful. He explained everything to me and answered any questions that l had. He also worked with my schedule when l had to pick up my car. Yes l would recommend you guys to all of my friends. Thank you so much for a job well done. My car looks good.

Charles Suggs was an excellent advisor! He took the time to explain the repairs necessary in detail. Also, there was additional damage that wasn't seen in the pouring down rain. Once they brought the car in, they noticed immediately & let me know. I brought the car in, got the estimate & rented a vehicle very conveniently all during the initial drop off. I cannot say enough about how easy & efficient the process was. Thank you for doing a fantastic job on my Nissan Altima!
