The quality of the work was excellent, especially the paint which matched perfectly and was flawless. The best part of the experience was working with Lam, who kept me informed with both phone calls and text messages every day. Lam was exceptional. I'm very particular about my car and I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

I really appreciated the constant communication about the status of my car. I am very impressed with the customer service. I had to bring this car (not my car) here because you service Allstate. I have always taken my State Farm car to a different place but will choose Service King for any futire work. Hopefully I won't need any!! Thank you for your speedy work!

One minor problem--your e-mail today, 29 Oct, stated car would be ready Oct 9th so I pumped 25.00 worth of gas into rental car for the weekend---five minutes after I filled the tank your rep called saying the car would be ready in one hour---you need to do something to improve your e-mail messages. I lost $25.00 due to the inaccuracy of your e-mail.

Very much impressed with the personal attention I received from drop off to pick up. I received constant, timely updates on the progress of my repair and the work was done in a prompt manner, finished, in fact, ahead of my expectations. My car looks fantastic, as if nothing ever happened to it! Service King's friendly staff made my trouble go away. What more can I say?

I am beyond happy with my ServiceKing experience. Daniel was amazing, giving me text and phone call updates. He was very straight forward and I appreciates that! My car was finished early, AND y'all vacuumed it, AND made my steering smoother, on top of fixing all of my key marks and fender dent. I could not have asked for a better or easier/smoother experience
